Order processing is the amount of time it takes us to prepare your order for shipping. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Order processing is typically one business day or less. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET Monday through Thursday are processed the next business day. Orders placed after 12pm Eastern Standard Time Friday through Sunday are processed the following Monday.


The estimated shipping time is the guideline by which we estimate how long the order will take at arrive to your chosen destination. These are based on estimates given by our shipping couriers, are not guaranteed, and are subject to weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances. Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, we are not able to affect the transit time of your package.

  • Blossom observes the following Holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. These will not be counted toward the estimated time of delivery. Holidays observed by couriers may also affect the estimated time of delivery.

All orders $25 and over receive free standard shipping across the United States. The total shipping time for Standard Shipping is 3-7 business days. The cost for priority shipping is based on USPS rates for weight and destination. You’ll see this fee estimated on your order summary before you complete your checkout. The total shipping time for Priority Shipping is 2-4 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on Friday will process on the following Monday.


  • Orders are shipped via the courier that you select at time of checkout
    • Please note this is the courier’s expected shipping time, meaning the time from when the order leaves our facility to when the courier delivers it to the destination address.

Courier service may NOT deliver to P.O. Box, APO and FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for all Expedited shipping services that require a physical address


  • Orders will be shipped by the courier based on customer selection
    • The global coronavirus pandemic has necessitated the temporary removal of USPS First Class International Service as an option due to extreme delays in delivery times.
  • Please allow 15 to 30 business days for delivery. Business days DO NOT include weekends and holidays.
  • Limits on quantities or restrictions apply to specific items due to Customs or shipping regulations.
  • Customers are responsible for any destination charges, if applicable (e.g., customs-duty, inspection fees, province taxes)
  • Customs regulations vary, depending on destination.
  • Certain products may not be shipped internationally, including but not limited to:
    • Live plant and other agricultural products
    • Products containing alcohol

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.


You can return items within 15 days of receipt of delivery at customer’s expense. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for any returned goods. It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. After we receive the item, allow up to seven business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.  If you return a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you'll be refunded the full postage cost, as well as your Import Fees Deposit, when your return is processed.
