Are those real flowers inside your products?

Yes. Our products are infused with real dried flowers that we hand pack in sunny California. That’s what makes every product so pretty. We bring you natural beauty products that look as great as they work.

Where do you get your flowers?

We source our flowers from some of the most exotic locations from around the world and our products are handcrafted at our headquarters in sunny Southern California. Every flower is carefully selected to bring you joy and make the world a little more Blossom beautiful.

Are your products Vegan?

Our products do not contain any animal ingredients, and we do not test our products on animals. To learn more about our products and ingredients visit the product details for each Blossom product before you check out.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes, our products are cruelty-free. We do not test any of our products on animals.

What stores carry your products and are certain products not carried at all stores?

Visit Where to Find Us to locate where Blossom ® is sold closest to you.  Not every retailer carries the full line.

How do I sell these at my store?

Do you ship internationally? 

Currently, we do not ship internationally. Orders can only be placed and shipped within the US.

How are Blossom products different from other beauty brands? 

Blossom products make life prettier. They’re fun, easy to use, and bring a little magic to you every time you apply them. Made by hand in sunny California, we deliver sunshine and the essence of SoCal to you. We are made for people who live a busy life and want fearless fun wherever a day’s journey may take them.

What skin types are useful for Blossom products?

Blossom is designed with you in mind. Our products are suitable for all skin types are non-irritating and paraben-free.

I don't see an expiration date. Do your products ever go bad or become less effective?

For the best Blossom experience, we recommend using our products within 3 years of purchase.

What's the best temperature to store my Blossom products? Will high or low temperatures affect them?

We recommend avoiding extreme conditions. Excessive heat and cold for extended periods of time may result in a less magical experience.

Are your products cruelty-free?

We do not perform any animal testing and our products do not contain animal ingredients.

Can I sell Blossom on my site?

Can I sell Blossom on marketplace?

We do not authorize any resale on marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Ebay, etc.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

How do I place a return or exchange?

We're sorry you had a less than beautiful experience. Please reach out to blossomcare@blossombeauty.com with your order number and the products you'd like to return, and we'll handle the rest.

What's your return policy?

Blossom® will accept returns for a full refund for up to 10 days from the date the merchandise is marked delivered by the delivery service company. For returns or exchanges, please include the product with packaging in its original condition for a full refund of the amount paid, less shipping charges. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased directly from www.blossombeauty.com. Visit Returns & Exchanges for a detailed policy.

How long does it take to process a return?

Please allow up to 3-5 days for a credit to be applied to your account.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product? 

If you receive a product different from the one that you ordered, please let us know right away so we can fix it. Please contact us at blossomcare@blossombeauty.com and we’ll get you the correct product.
