RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We’re sorry you don’t love your Blossom product.
Blossom® will accept returns for a full refund for up to 10 days from the date the merchandise is marked delivered by the delivery service company. For a prompt refund simply send us the unused or lightly used product with its original packaging and your purchase price, less shipping cost, will be fully refunded within 5 business days. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned/exchanged product. Unless otherwise stated, specials, promotions or any products that are purchased using an incentive or coupon code are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased directly from www.blossombeauty.com Items sent as gifts from www.blossombeauty.com can only be returned by the original purchaser. All other gift orders can be exchanged by the recipient for a replacement of the same item in the event the item arrived damaged.
HOW TO RETURN MERCH
When returning merchandise to Blossom®, please follow these instructions:
- Send an email to blossomcare@blossombeauty.com and include your order number.
- Indicate the reason for your return in email.
- If your return request is within allowed time-frame, Blossom® will email back confirming return request.
- Include your original order form with return.
- Wrap package securely (bubble wrap or packing peanuts preferred).
- Email us with your tracking number once return package has been shipped.
