We’re sorry you don’t love your Blossom product.
Blossom® will accept returns for a full refund up to 30 days from the date the merchandise is marked delivered by the delivery service company.
You also have the opportunity to:
- Exchange for product of equal or lesser value
- Apply our Rapid Exchange Program for qualified orders. (See details below.)
- Obtain a gift card credit that can be used anytime on blossombeauty.com
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE
When returning or exchanging merchandise to Blossom®, please follow these instructions:
- Send an email to BloomingHello@elevatedbeautygroup.com and include your order number.
- Indicate the reason for your return in email.
- If your return request is within allowed time-frame, Blossom® will email back confirming return request and provide information on the next steps.
Please allow up to 5-7 days for the credit to be applied to your original payment method. Gift card credits can be used immediately once you receive the code.
Additional Information about Returns & Exchanges:
Refunds sent in without prior contact will be denied. All exchanges must be for equal or lesser value.
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased directly from www.blossombeauty.com. Items purchased from our retail partners must be returned following the retailer specific return and exchange policies. But we always welcome feedback, questions, or user instruction inquiries for Blossom® products purchased anywhere.
Rapid Exchange Program
We designed the Rapid Exchange Program to take the hassle out of the exchange process. This program allows customers to receive the exchange product of their choice (of equal or lesser value) without having to return the original items.
Note, the Rapid Exchange Program can only be used once per order.
To qualify for the Rapid Exchange Program orders must be within the 30-day policy window and contain 3 items or less OR the order total must be $30 or less.
